1.雖然下著雨，若不冒雨前進情況會更糟！
2.雖然是大逆風，吹的自己東倒西歪，仍要逆風向前，因為騎個幾個小時風就會變小，到時就覺得順了！
3.騎累了若停下來，沙蠅會像鯊魚般噬血攻擊，被咬了會癢到腳好像不是自己的，只能繼續向前！
4.雖然是海岸線，坡也是爬不完！
這就是我在西海岸一天可以騎80到100公里的原因XD
I had my first oversea's bday in west coast,and learned:
1.you have to keep rolling even it's rainy,or it will be more bad later!
2.even the heavy wind ahead,you still have to keep rolling,after fighting with the wind a few hours,the wind will be weak or changing the direction,then easily to go ahead!
3.there are sandflies bites u as a sharks if u stop rolling!
4.there are endless hills even among the coast!
That's why I could ride 80~100km per day in west coastXD
